Sven Lingjaerde
 
Sven Lingjaerde is an entrepreneur and investor who is the co-founder and currently the managing partner of Reference Capital, privately held advisory firm dedicated to researching and investing in disruptive technologies. He is a co-founder of several investment companies such as Endeavour Vision, the leading European growth stage medtech investment firm, Vision Capital, a Trans-Atlantic venture capital firm with offices in Silicon Valley and Geneva, and Flexstone Partners (formerly Euro Private Equity Advisors). He established Tech Tour in 1998, which later merged with Europe Unlimited, founded ty William Stevens. Sven has been recognised for his contribution in shaping the European tech and life sciences ecosystem through a number of industry awards (Time Magazine, Investor AllStars, Innovate Europe).

Rick Salmon is an entrepreneur, executive coach and public speaker. In 2009, he was recognized as one of the winners of the renowned EEVC European Venture Contest due to his significant expertise as a serial entrepreneur.
